The NEO SPECTRA composite line is a family of new composite materials Neo Spectra™ ST (LV and HV), Neo Spectra™ ST Effects and Neo Spectra™ ST flow from Dentsply Sirona with patented SphereTEC® filler technology.

SphereTEC® filler is a spherical granule composed of submicron barium glass particles in a highly optimized polymer matrix that takes composite performance to the next level: all Neo Spectra™ ST composite materials offer unparalleled handling properties, quick and easy polishing, and a high gloss finish, enabling the creation of natural-looking composite restorations.

Neo Spectra™ ST is a nano-ceramic, light-curing, radiopaque universal composite designed for both direct restorations in the anterior and posterior area, as well as for indirect restorations, such as inlays, half-crowns and veneers.

Neo Spectra™ ST composite is available in two consistency/viscosity options - LV (low viscosity) or HV (high viscosity), for selection during restoration modeling, and have the same properties: they do not stick to the instrument, adapt perfectly to the surface of tooth tissue, are plastic and resistant to dripping, i.e. they hold their shape well, and are highly resistant to shrinkage.

Neo Spectra™ ST HV is a high viscosity, versatile composite that is denser and more packable than LV (low viscosity) material.

Neo Spectra™ ST HV consists of 5 universal CLOUD shades (A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4), which cover the entire VITA® shade range thanks to a pronounced chameleon effect and unique optical characteristics.

Just five shades of Neo Spectra™ ST LV material are sufficient to provide an effective aesthetic solution in the vast majority of clinical cases. The additional shade Bleach White, available only in compules, is suitable for restorations following bleaching.

Neo Spectra™ ST HV composite polishes quickly and easily, is highly stain resistant, and provides optimal aesthetics with proven restoration longevity.
